At LE CLUB 56, we aim to provide you with a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. Below, you'll find all the details about our shipping and return policies.

SHIPPING

Domestic Shipping (Within the Netherlands)

  • For orders within the Netherlands, a shipping fee of €6,95 applies to orders under €100. However, shipping is free for all orders above €100. The estimated delivery time is 1-2 business days.

International Shipping

  • For international orders, a shipping fee of €12,95 applies, and the estimated delivery time is 3-12 business days, depending on your destination and customs processing times.

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During peak times, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow extra time for delivery. If there is a significant delay with your order, we’ll notify you by email or phone.

RETURNS

Return Policy

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards and final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Return

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our Customer Service Team at contact@leclub56.com to start your return. Please include your order number and the reason for return.
  2. Prepare Your Package: Place the items you want to return in the original packaging and include the original packing slip.
  3. Ship Your Return: You will receive a prepaid return label via email. Print it, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest post office or carrier. Please note: return shipping costs (€6.95) are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from your refund amount.

REFUNDS

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items and notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method.
  • Please note that refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process and place a new order on our website. This ensures you get your new item quickly and avoids the risk of it selling out.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at contact@leclub56.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged or incorrect item. We will send you a prepaid return label and instructions on how to return the item. Once we receive it, we’ll send you a replacement at no extra cost.
